《虐殺原形》是一款動作遊戲，主角 Alex Mercer 是一位基因改造人，擁有變形的能力，但是他對自己的過去卻完全沒有記憶。他在紐約市的黑暗面中打一場不為人知的戰爭，致力於挖掘出他的過去，並解開自己的存在之謎。由於整個行動逐漸失控，未知的陰謀、他自己的出身，都將威脅著人類的未來。
整個遊戲故事敘述失去記憶、擁有特殊能力的 Alex Mercer 在尋找自身過往之際，不僅面對軍方與菁英組織的威脅，甚至傳出城市爆發病毒感染的問題，玩家必須深入這長達 40 年的陰謀中，尋找事件的真相。
遊戲特色
◆ 快速且致命的變形戰鬥
Alex Mercer 具有破壞、防禦、感覺等特殊能力，像他有可變形為錘狀的拳頭，速度雖然較慢但可精準對著目標直接扣殺，或是尖銳的長爪，適合快速攻擊生物，但對於厚的盔甲就沒有辦法；另一種切刃具有貫穿全方位的特別攻擊，對巨大生物特別有效。
此外，主角也可以藉由融合地面，作為身體一部分進行針狀、大範圍的攻擊，可 360 度破壞周圍的敵人；至於主角也可將身體變身為保護身體的巨大屏障，以防範正面的攻擊；主角還可以利用驚人的感官能力來追蹤你的敵人，像是偵測敵人殘留的熱源或是其它遺留的痕跡，然而在使用時體力將會下降；另外，主角也可能擁有冒充別人的能力，以便逃避追擊。

打開程序，選擇主程序，patch，進遊戲。
從技術上講我已經使程序運行時聲音放大了10倍，原來的聲音只是0.1，現在是10左右。
注意：只適用於有聲音但是音量很小的用戶。

正[][] 我依家已經玩到打 master.... 玩唔到囧...
個免cd放係C:\Program Files\Activision\Prototype搞點[][] 機於本身比較細膽 所以唔係好咁玩=.= 但係又好似好型好刺激 但係殺人殺到好似好變態 有d驚=.=... 好想玩呀...
但系統要求高唔高? 我想問....點解我放左個免cd係C:\Program Files\Activision\Prototype.....緊住用daemon tools開遊戲....佢都話要cd先玩得? 好正...畫面又夠靚 睇到後面就覺得幾好,幾之前個段,見人係打,扮演緊既角色好混亂
不過畫面很好
